How to add DMC costing for Global bookings

Prerequisites

  • You have a Global booking open in itrvl

  • You have received costing details from your DMC(s)

Steps

  1. Open the itinerary and scroll down to find the Other Included Services lines.

  2. Click on the Supplier Cost number next to the relevant service line. By default, this will display as $0.

  3. A pop-up will appear prompting you to input the DMC Costing Amount and Deposit Requirement.

  4. Enter the costing details provided by the DMC. Double-check these amounts as they directly affect your invoices and click Continue.

  5. If your itinerary involves multiple DMCs, repeat steps 2 through 6 for every DMC service line under Other Included Services.

Tips & Important Notes

Accuracy matters. The costing details you enter here flow directly into your margin, selling price, and invoices. Always verify amounts against what the DMC has provided before continuing.

Multiple DMCs? Make sure you complete the costing entry for every service line under Other Included Services before moving on. Missing a line will result in incorrect margin calculations and incomplete invoices.
