Sharing your itinerary

  1. Once published, click the three-dot menu (β‹―) next to Presentation Editor again.

  2. Select Share Itinerary.

  3. You will see options to share the Itinerary link (Client Portal), the Video Itinerary, or the Payment link. To copy any link, click the files icon button on the right side at the end of the link.

Hiding line items from the Client Portal

  1. To hide a line item from the client's view, open your itinerary and find the line you want to hide.

  2. Click the eye icon on the far right side of the line item.

  3. When the eye icon has a line through it, the item is hidden from the Client Portal. Click it again to make it visible.

Tips & Important Notes

Publish before sharing. You must publish the itinerary before the share options become available. If you don't see the Share Itinerary option, make sure you've published first.

Check your hidden items before sharing. Review which line items are hidden (eye icon with a line through it) before sending the Client Portal link to your client. This ensures they only see what you intend them to see.

Three sharing options. The Itinerary link takes clients to the full Client Portal experience. The Video Itinerary shares an animated version. The Payment link takes clients directly to the payment page.
