This guide is for Travel Designers who want to manage how pricing appears in the Client Portal.
Also known as: hide price, show price, custom price, pricing note, client price, display price, sell price visibility, price settings, client-facing price, quoted price
Prerequisites
You have an itinerary open in itrvl
The itinerary has a sell price calculated
Steps
Hiding the sell price
You can hide the sell price in two ways:
Click the three-dot menu (β―) next to Presentation Editor and select Hide Sell Price, or
Click the eye icon below the displayed Sell Price

Setting a custom pricing note
Click on Presentation Editor to open it.

Click on Header.
Update the Pricing Note field with the custom sell price you want your client to see.

Click Save.
Sharing and verifying
Click Share Itinerary and copy the Itinerary link.

Paste the link in your browser to verify that the pricing displays correctly in the Client Portal.

Tips & Important Notes
Always verify in the Client Portal. After hiding the sell price or setting a custom pricing note, check the Client Portal link yourself to make sure your client will see exactly what you intend.
Hiding vs. custom pricing. Hiding the sell price removes itrvl's calculated price from the client's view entirely. If you still want to show a price but a different one, use the Pricing Note feature in the Presentation Editor to set your own.
