What you're checking for
Once you've made updates to a booking in Window, check the following in itrvl to confirm everything is correct:
Accommodations and bednights reflect your changes
Sell rate and margin are accurate
Supplier costs and line items look correct
Routing and transit are as expected
Start by reviewing the trip details line items — this is your first indication of whether your Window changes have come through.
How to check
Step 1 — Check if your changes have pulled through
Open the booking in itrvl and review the trip details. In most cases your Window changes will appear automatically. If they haven't, you'll need to manually refresh the booking.
To refresh, click the three dots (⋯) at the top of the booking and select Refresh Quote. itrvl will pull through the latest changes from Window.

Once refreshed, the booking will update with your latest Window changes including accommodations, pricing, supplier costs, and routing.
Step 2 — Confirm what changed

Go to the History tab to see a clear log of every update made to the booking, including what changed and the impact on supplier cost and sell price. This is your confirmation that the right changes came through.

Note: Numbers will sometimes look different between Window and itrvl due to Window's single currency invoicing applying a time-based FX buffer. This is expected and not an error.
