Prerequisites
You have an itinerary open in itrvl
Accommodations and other line items have been added to the itinerary
Opening the Presentation Editor
With your itinerary open, click Presentation Editor to begin editing.

Navigating the sidebar
The sidebar on the left organizes all line items by date. You can use it to quickly find and jump to the segment you want to edit.
To filter the sidebar, click Segment Type and select the type of segment you want to see. You can filter by Accommodations, Services, Transfers, or Transit Points.

Any line that has been edited in the Presentation Editor will show an orange circle on the sidebar, so you can easily see which items have been modified.

Editing accommodation details
Click on the itinerary segment you want to customize to view all editable details.

Update any of the following: names, descriptions, daily itinerary notes, inclusions/exclusions, and room types.
If you update a title, the change will also be reflected on the sidebar.
Customizing photos
Rearrange images by dragging and dropping them into your preferred order.
To set a featured image, move it to the first position.
To upload your own photos, use the upload option within the photo section.
To hide a photo from the client's view, click the eye icon on the photo.

Hiding line items from clients
To hide a specific line item from the Client Portal, locate the Visibility dropdown on the line and select Not Visible.

Any line that has been hidden from the client will show an eye icon on the sidebar.

Adding details to flights and transfers
Click on any flight or transfer segment to add detailed notes, times, or other information your client should see.

Saving and sharing
Click Save to ensure all your edits are preserved before navigating away.
Click Back to Itinerary to return to the main itinerary editing screen.
To share the final presentation with your client, go to Client Details to access the share link, or see How to publish and share your itinerary with clients for full details.
Tips & Important Notes
Save before leaving. Always click Save before navigating away from the Presentation Editor. Unsaved changes will be lost.
Check the sidebar for a quick overview. The orange circles and eye icons on the sidebar give you an at-a-glance view of which items have been modified and which are hidden from the client. This is a quick way to review your work before sharing.
Title changes sync to the sidebar. If you rename any line item in the Presentation Editor, the updated title will appear on the sidebar immediately, keeping everything consistent.
