How to navigate the Client Details page

Prerequisites

  • You have a client record in itrvl

Reassigning the assigned agent

  1. Click on the Assigned Agent field to reassign the client to another team member.

Sharing the Client Portal

  1. Click Share Client Portal to access the shareable link for the Client Portal Welcome Page, where your client can view their itinerary options.

Viewing recent activity

  1. Click on an itinerary name in the recent activity feed to jump directly to the Edit Itinerary page for that trip. The recent activity feed also shows IP locations where clients have accessed their itineraries.

Accessing additional tools

  1. Click the dropdown arrow next to any Edit Itinerary button to access additional tools and options for that itinerary.

Publishing or unpublishing itineraries

  1. From the dropdown menu, click Publish Itinerary or Unpublish Itinerary to show or hide an itinerary from the Client Portal.

Downloading itinerary documents

  1. From the dropdown menu, click Download Invoice Document (or any other downloadable file) to access the confirmation invoice or other relevant documents.

Editing and updating itineraries

  1. Click on any itinerary name to open and edit it directly from the Client Details page.

Importing a booking

  1. To import a booking received directly from Wilderness or when experiencing issues, click the Import Booking option in the upper right corner and input the booking reference.

Adjusting itinerary order

  1. Drag itineraries to reorder them on the Client Portal. The itinerary at the top will be featured with extra space in the client presentation.

Editing client information

  1. Use the Client Details section to update the client's name or store additional client information.

Tips & Important Notes

Reorder itineraries strategically. The top itinerary gets featured placement with extra space in the Client Portal presentation. Drag your preferred itinerary to the top if you want to highlight it for your client.

Check recent activity for client engagement. The IP location data in the recent activity feed shows you when and where your client has viewed their itinerary, which can be useful for follow-up timing.
