How to delete an itinerary

Prerequisites

  • You have a client record in itrvl with one or more itineraries

Steps

  1. Open the Client page by clicking Client Details in the upper right corner.

  2. Scroll to the itinerary you want to delete and click the small arrow next to Edit Itinerary.

  3. Click Delete Itinerary at the bottom of the dropdown list.

  4. Click Confirm to finalize the deletion.

Tips & Important Notes

Deleting a Provisional Hold or Confirmed itinerary? The final step in the deletion process will ask whether you also want to release the space held with the supplier or just delete the booking on itrvl. Read this prompt carefully and choose the correct option based on whether you still need the held space or not.

Keep it tidy for your clients. Clients see all published itineraries on their Client Portal. Deleting old or unused versions ensures they only see what is relevant to their trip.
