Documents available in itrvl

There are two main places to access documents in itrvl:

From Presentation Editor:

From the Payments tab:

  • Booking Document (client version) — shows total trip cost and all line items, no margin or net pricing visible

  • Booking Document (agent version) — shows total trip cost, margin, and net supplier cost

  • Pricing File — a detailed CSV breakdown of all costs including taxes, levies, and fees per line item

How to download the detailed itinerary PDF

  1. Open the booking in itrvl and click Presentation Editor.

  1. Click Detailed Itinerary in the left-hand menu.
