Adding Operations Details in Presentation Editor

Once a booking is confirmed and handed over to Ops, Presentation Editor is where you add and update all client-facing details — flight times, restaurant reservations, activities, and daily notes. This article covers how to do all of that in one place.

Getting to Presentation Editor
Open the booking in itrvl and click Presentation Editor.

You will see all of the line items in the itinerary listed down the left side. Click into any line item to edit it.
Adding flight times and details
In Presentation Editor, locate the flight line item you want to update and click into it.
You can add or update the following fields:
Departure time and arrival time
Flight number
Seat number
Reservations code
Airline — this will auto-populate for Wilderness Air flights
Inclusions — for example, meals included
Notes — any additional information for the client

Click Save.
Once saved, flight details will pull through to both the client portal and the flight summary page of the detailed itinerary PDF automatically.
Adding restaurant reservations and activities
If a restaurant reservation or activity needs to appear on specific dates in the itinerary, add it as a service.
In Presentation Editor, scroll to the relevant accommodation or date.
Click Edit Services.
Click Add Service and search for the service type — for example, restaurant reservation.

Select the dates you want the service to appear on.
Click Add Service to confirm.

Click Save.
The service will now appear as a line item on those dates in both the client portal and the detailed itinerary PDF.
Note: If a transfer has not pulled through from Window, you can also add it manually here using the same edit services process. Alternatively, it can be added in Window and will pull through to itrvl on refresh.
Adding daily notes
Daily notes are a good place to add logistical details for the client — for example, pickup times for dinner reservations, private vehicle arrangements, or any other day-specific information.
In Presentation Editor, locate the day or accommodation you want to add a note to.
Click into the Daily Itinerary Notes field.
Type your note — for example: You will be picked up at 6:30pm for your 7pm dinner reservation.
Click Save.

Daily notes pull through to the client portal and the detailed itinerary PDF.
Editing accommodation descriptions and room details
Within each accommodation block you can also update:
Description — edit or add to the property description
Room type name — update how the room type appears to the client
General accommodation notes — any property-specific information for the client

Important: All edits made in Presentation Editor pull through to both the client portal and the detailed itinerary PDF. You do not need to update both separately — save once and both will reflect the changes.
