How status affects editing
Tips & Important Notes
Before the hold, use Copy to Builder. If your itinerary hasn't been provisionally held yet, Copy to Builder is the way to make changes to accommodations, bednights, travel dates, and traveler count.
After the hold, go through Wilderness. Once an itinerary has been provisionally held, it's recommended that any changes to accommodations, bednights, travel dates, or travelers go directly to the Wilderness team. They will update the itinerary in the Window, and you can refresh it in itrvl to pull in the updates.
Estimate means something needs attention. If your itinerary is showing Estimate status, don't ignore it. Check the booking details for any errors or contact itrvl support.
Fetching means contact support. This status indicates the booking was not generated successfully. Don't try to make changes. Reach out to itrvl support to get it resolved.
