Finding a booking or client in itrvl

This article covers how to find an existing booking or client in itrvl.

How to find a client

1. Click the search icon in the top right corner of itrvl.

2. Type the client's name into the search bar.

3. Select the correct client from the results.

How to find a booking

Once you are on the client page you will see all bookings associated with that client. Click into the relevant booking to open it.

Alternatively, if you have the booking reference number, you can enter it directly into the search bar to pull up the booking without searching by client name.

Opening a booking

Once you have found the booking, click Edit Itinerary to open the full booking view where you can see pricing, line items, version history, and the payments tab.

Tip: If you are having trouble finding a booking, double check you are in the correct itrvl environment. It is easy to accidentally be in the staging environment rather than the live environment, especially if you have been testing or training recently.
